Management Team

Timothy Price, CEO & Board Member
Tim is a pioneering visionary at the convergence of the internet with speech recognition. Prior to Xtone, Tim was a founder of PriceInteractive where he led development of one of the first open architecture voice services platforms in the world.  Backed by the private equity firm Summit Partners, PriceInteractive rapidly became the leading provider in the U.S. of 'on-demand' voice services to Fortune 500 customers and all the major telecom carriers.  Acquired in 2001, today PriceInteractive is the Voice Solutions line of business of Convergys Corporation, an S&P 500 company.Tim is a graduate of the University of Maryland.

Vishal Dhawan, CTO & Board Member
Vishal leads all of the Company's technical efforts. Prior to Xtone, Vishal was the CTO at PriceInteractive, where he was responsible for defining the product strategy and delivering the next generation speech services technology. PriceInteractive was a leader in providing consumer voice services to Fortune 500 customers and carriers. Today PriceInteractive is the Convergys Voice Solutions line of business.  Vishal became a part of Price Interactive as a result of the acquisition of FusionTec a company he founded and grew into a global system integration firm. Vishal is a graduate of Delhi University.

Patrick B. Higbie, EVP Corporate Development & Board Member
Pat has extensive executive experience as President, CEO, and Chairman of both private and publicly-held software and professional services companies. He founded and built DataFocus Incorporated, a leading ISV and Microsoft Solution Provider. DataFocus developed NuTCRACKER, which enables complex UNIX software applications to run on Windows-based PCs and has been deployed worldwide by ISVs and major enterprises. Pat sold DataFocus solution provider business to CIBER, Inc. and the NuTCRACKER business to MKS, Inc. Pat received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with High Honors from the United States Coast Guard Academy and an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois.
