Voice Mode™ for Mobile Financial Services

For banks and credit card companies, mobile applications have become an integral part of their digital payment and self-service strategies, as they improve the access to on-line banking for customers on-the-go. Voice Mode™ lets users just say what they want, available voice commands include:

  • "Balance"- Plays balances for each of the user’s account
  • "Transactions" - Plays last 5 transactions after user selects which account
  • "Make a payment" - Allows user to pay a bill, payee or credit card
  • "Pay credit card" - Allows users to pay one of their credit card balances
  • "Pay bill" - Allows users to pay one of their payees
  • "Send money" - Allows users to pay one of their recipients
  • "Account summary" - Plays the checking/saving/credit card account summary
  • "Mortgage rates" - Plays the current mortgage rates for the user’s zip code
  • "ATM locator" - Plays 5 closest ATMs, using mobile location information
  • "Branch locator" - Plays 5 closest branches, using mobile location information
  • "Customer service" - Routes user to the appropriate customer service department
  • "Messages" - Allows users to hear latest alerts and promotions
